Planning multi-yacht events and group charters in Mallorca
Individual yachts accommodate 12-30 guests depending on the vessel. For larger groups, we coordinate multi-yacht flotillas — our record is 200 guests across 8 vessels sailing in formation. Each yacht has its own captain, crew, and catering. We synchronise itineraries so the fleet arrives together at anchor points for combined celebrations.
Every charter includes customised catering. Options range from Mediterranean buffets and BBQ on deck to formal seated dinners prepared by onboard chefs. For multi-yacht events, we coordinate identical menus across all vessels or create themed dining on each boat. Premium packages include sommelier-selected wines and craft cocktail bars.
Safety is paramount. All vessels carry full safety equipment exceeding maritime regulations. Each yacht has a licensed captain and trained crew. For multi-yacht events, we deploy a dedicated safety coordinator, tender boats for inter-vessel transfers, and maintain radio communication across the fleet. Medical personnel can be arranged for larger events.
Popular routes include the southwest coast (Palma to Port d'Andratx via Illetas and Santa Ponsa), the stunning Cabrera archipelago (national park, permit required), the northeast coast (Alcúdia to Formentor), and the dramatic Tramuntana coastline. We design routes based on weather, group preferences, and activity plans — from swimming stops to cliff jumping.
We monitor weather 72 hours in advance and provide updates. If conditions are unsafe, we offer full rescheduling or alternative sheltered routes. Mallorca's geography means we can almost always find calm waters — if the west coast is rough, we sail east. For corporate events, we hold backup venue reservations as contingency.
