We personally attend events with each vendor before adding them to our roster. Our network is reviewed annually, and we maintain a maximum of 3-5 recommended providers per category to ensure quality.

Our listed services represent our core offerings, but we regularly fulfil unique requests — from hiring a specific international DJ to arranging helicopter transfers, fireworks displays, or custom ice sculptures. If you can imagine it, we can likely source it through our extensive network across Mallorca and mainland Spain.
Yes, bundling services typically saves 10-20% compared to booking individually. Our most popular packages combine venue, catering, photography, and entertainment. We create custom packages based on your specific needs and budget, with transparent pricing for each component so you can adjust as needed.
For peak season (May-October), we recommend 6-12 months for popular vendors like photographers and bands. Off-season bookings can be arranged with 2-4 months notice. Venue bookings should be made 12-18 months ahead for premium locations. We provide a detailed booking timeline during your initial consultation.
Each service provider has their own cancellation terms, which we clearly communicate before booking. Generally, cancellations 90+ days before the event receive a full refund minus deposit. 30-90 days incurs a 50% charge. Under 30 days is typically non-refundable.
